Sudden, late-night bursts of activity are what pointlessness is all about!
This one has given you Final Fantasy XII: The Good, and The Bad. In case my previous mention of spending most of January immersed in it didn't already give you enough of a hint, I like it. That doesn't mean my review is a complete endorsement though...
All 2007 articles have finally been archived. Although this won't show from your end, this was actually complicated by the fact that Vim has seemingly become a lot less smooth and responsive since I last used it. The reason behind this is a mystery to me, and I hope to get Shizuku (my next PC, fifth in total) operating quickly enough that I don't have to try and fix it.
Still here. I've now uploaded my first article for a while, documenting some of what happened during my long absence. No names have been changed.
You'll note a mention of Final Fantasy XII too, which has practically been my life for all of January. Because of this, I'll probably write about my experiences with it soon, probably with some venting at Square Enix about stuff that has pissed me off. But that's for another day, I'll be trying to get around to cleaning up the main page a bit first, and getting back into actively maintaining the site.
pointlessness is back!
As it turns out, moving house is hard. In-between various factors, my internet connection went down in late December and only came back earlier today. While I should've used some of that time to write new articles for pointlessness, I instead spent the whole time exploring all of Ivalice through Final Fantasy XII (which is awesome by the way) and so have nothing to upload.
I plan for further updates tomorrow.
