Well, I switched to KDE 4. It's been a rollercoaster ride, and I think I'm finally starting to like it, though you wouldn't know that from my extremely extensive article, Everything that is wrong with KDE 4.2 (and a few things that are right). I decided to crosspost the article in its entirety at the KDE Community Forums to get some feedback on it. I predict a shitstorm.
Now I've had time to think and relax, I've made the final entry in my experiment for a while, The Great British Newspaper Experiment - Retrospective. March archiving is also complete, allowing me to put FreeHostia (and a huge chunk of updates) behind me.
